With many years of tooling and design experience and state-of-the-art technologies, our engineering staff can meet and surpass your tool design requirements. We specialize in aluminum die cast tooling with die sizes up to 3500 Ton DCM. We have additional experience designing Zinc, Magnesium and various Trim dies for our customers.
For each die cast die we design, we create a tool manual that contains information about the tool such as: ejector pin lengths and sizes, water line layouts, bill of materials, purchased item list, core pin details and more. This manual will be provided to our customer prior to tool sampling.
For each of our customers, we create and maintain a specification manual with their tool requirements to insure that our designs meet their specifications.
Our sales team is an extension of our engineering knowledge base. Every salesperson has extensive experience in the engineering department. This provides our customers with a technical service far beyond just price and timing. Our sales team also functions as project managers inside Mangas to insure that the "Voice of the Customer" is heard throughout the production process.
