Patterson Mold & Tool's manufacturing capabilities have been developed and honed over the last 30 years with a focus on servicing the die casting industry with quality tooling.
We produce our tools using cutting-edge machining techniques on modern equipment, including continuous 5-axis machines. To ensure quality, value and consistency, all tools are cut using CNC machines programmed from solid models and verified with CMM's.
We have a modern facility with a full complement of machinery that includes CNC vertical and horizontal spindles, CNC lathes, precision grinders, tool-room mills, horizontal boring mills, ram and traveling wire EDM's with overhead cranes to support them all. Our biggest manufacturing asset is our people and the quality systems they created.
All of Patterson's manufacturing processes are controlled, scheduled and tracked; this helps us to ensure our delivery dates are met along with collecting data to continuously improve our processes and products.
