Welcome:

B&C Die Cast was founded in 1984 as a family-owned and operated business. The company managed controlled growth over the next 14 years, as we built our reputation as a service, product, and quality leader in the industry. In 1998, B&C became part of the Pace family specializing 100% in zinc die castings.

In addition to die casting, B&C offers in-house machining capabilities and assembly to provide a variety of options to our customers. Capabilities range from; single spindle drilling and tapping operations, to CNC machining, to dedicated multi-slide machining centers, and component assembly. Manufacturing:

Having conventional and multi-slide die casting capabilities allows us the opportunity to provide our customers with the lowest cost option which best fits the specifications of the product to be manufactured. We use fully automated die casting machines, capable of producing near flash free intricate castings with up to five automated pulls. Our water-cooled dies are designed and EDM machined to very close tolerances to produce a virtually flash free casting.

Our machines typically require minimal set-up time allowing us to make Just-In-Time a reality. The use of thin gating allows us to typically process the casting through a vibratory finisher for gate removal and elimination of the cost and use of trim dies.

We have a documented Quality System certified to the ISO/TS16949 Standard. Documented process instructions and real-time monitoring of functions such as cycle time, shot weight and metal temperature compliment our work toward continuous process and product improvement. In addition to real time data collection, the process monitoring system provides process data traceability.

We have two Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and an Optical Comparators with DRO to assist our personnel in performing First Article Inspections and preparation of PPAP documentation.

  • 2 Coordinate Measuring Machines (1 manual machine and 1 DCC machine)
  • 2 Optical Comparator with D.R.O
